用餐后的七大禁忌！
用餐后的七大禁忌！不遵守的话会使你消化不良哦！所以大家请注意啦！
1。用餐后不要抽烟 - 专家的试验证实了*用餐后抽烟比一般时间抽10根香烟有更高的致癌机率*。
2。用餐后不能立即吃水果 - 用餐后立即吃水果的话将导致胃部因空气而肿胀。因此在*用餐后2小时*或是*用餐前1小时*吃水果是比较理想的。
3。用餐后不要喝茶 - 因为茶叶通常含有高酸性。这种酸性物质将导致我们所攝取食物中所含的蛋白质变硬，因此会比较难消化。
4。用餐后別松开你的腰带 - 用餐后立即松开腰带将让你的肠子容易纠结和阻塞。
5。用餐后不要洗澡 - 洗澡时会使得血液流向手、脚和我们身体的其他部位，因此会减少胃部中的血液量，这将会使得我们胃部的消化能力变差。
6。用餐后不要散步 - 大家总是说“饭后走100步可以活到99岁”，但是那个观念是错误的。用餐后的走动将使我们的消化系统没有足夠能力从所攝取的食物中吸收足夠的营养。
